Derelict Glasgow - Preservation via Pixels:

This website is a personal photographic record of the derelict architecture of Glasgow. The website is non-profit and independent and as such has no connection whatsoever with property owners, sellers or any public or private bodies whatsoever. All images are copyright and original (unless marked), all views are the author's own.
Featured across the pages are many of the empty, derelict and/or abandoned properties in a variety of states of repair from merely vacant and somewhat neglected through to buildings in a ruinous state. Many lie empty for years, some till they are vandalised or demolished when deemed too decayed to warrant repair. Amongst them are some architectural gems, some fine examples of type and some unusual buildings as well as many showing how buildings decay, and the perils and pitfalls awaiting empty buildings.
More buildings have been visited and photographed and pages are being readied for upload, and yet more buildings are to be visited and photographs added as time allows.

New pages are added regularly and existing pages are often updated as new information is found and/or the condition or circumstances of individual buildings change. There is also a vibrant facebook presence here:
www.facebook.com/derelictglasgow and an instagram page too for out and about photographs often of a more random nature, just search derelictglasgow in our instagram account.
